Evil Bunnies!

Dear Pussycats,

Halloween is OVER, and it's time to join me in buying discounted candy and throwing out your decaying pumpkins! I feel like Halloween officially marks the time when people start saying "the year went by so fast!" and start reflecting on the good, the bad, and the TRAGIC moments of their year.

I'll spare you the boring drabble about all I've learned and blah blah blah, but let me just say that this year was the year of getting cozy.

2014 was as nutty as a fruit cake! I had to fight like Britney Spears during her Circus album/phoenix-like revival to prove who I am in this big scary world. I had to figure out where I'm living, where I'm working and I even met a dreamy dude and spent a magical Christmas night with the boy I'm still heart-eyes-emoji for today!

2015 was all about getting cozy and improving my current situation. While there has been no major issues in the romance or home department, my job situation has been the least stable thing. Internships are great, but I'm ready for a full time commitment. Part of me secretly believes that all these three-month long working arrangements I've gotten myself into are karma for all the relationships I've ended at the three month-mark #ohwell.

Anyway, I'm always about embracing the new and throwing out the old, and today on November 1st, Mark and I smashed some old pumpkins!

Outfit Details: Sweater: Beacon's Closet / Shorts: Kate Spade Saturday (RIP) / Tights: American Apparel / Boots: Hinge (gifted from my sister Hayley)

Also I have a funny story about this sweater. I found it at Beacon's Closet. When I first found it I instantly fell in love, it looked vintage and the bunny tails were too cute. However, I put it on to wear to work and as I was leaving the house Mark said "those bunnies look evil," blaming it on exhaustion, I shrugged off his comment. However, upon closer inspection I realized that these bunnies do look angry! The weird thing is that this sweater has no tag, and it very much looks vintage or handmade, but I feel like no vintage sweaters would have such evil looking characters!

If you have any insight please let me know, I'm dying to find out.

I hope you have an amazing November, you know I don't plan on shaving my legs all month!

I really missed taking these kinds of photos, and since I have a very patient and kind BF who is willing to be my photographer I have 0 excuse not to!

Keep it sassy,
